Shell shape pastries

800gram filo pastry ( 400g in each round)

150 gram mrelted butter

100ml olive oil

 

filling

cheeses hard two types

4 tbl milk

100 grams goat cheese

parsley

 

after greesng first sheet  with oil 9not too much or it will not slide int he shap for you

roll it up then repeat 

 

finally cut the dough into 2cm thick donuts then push out each one to form a shell like shape and fill with the filling 

close the tip part firmily
