2 small beetroots shredded
a teaspoon brown sugar
a teaspoon balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt
Scatter grated beetroot on a balking sheet on a baking tray in a thin layer .
Drizzle with oil , balsamic vinegar scatter brown sugar and salt over.
Roast in a hot oven till crispy
serve with
sour cream , lemon juice and dill
