2 Lime  juice and zest of the green

1 red chilli 

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Mint bunch chopped and keep some whole

2-3 Mango

5 Green spring onions

hand full  Cashews

Carrots ( juliene)

Fresh coconut grated
