2eggs

4oz sugar(2/3

3oz flour (3/4 cup) 

1 teaspoon baking powder (or use SR flour)

  


beat egg whites until stiff add sugar

beat egg yolks until creamie then beat egg yolks into the whites

fold through the sifted flour

place teaspoon fulls on a baking tray lined with baking paper

160 oven until cooked cool and put together with whipped cream
