1cup self raising flour
1/2 cup polenta (fine)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
mix all dry ingredients
peel and grate 4 green apples mix With 1/2Lemon juiced and 2 teaspoons vanilla
line a spring foam tin with baking paper
1. grate in 40 gram dozen hard butter into bottom of tin
2. add cup of dry mixture
3. add half of apple mixture
4. dry
5. grated 40grAms butter on top
6. add grated apple
7. add walnuts
8. added the last cup of dry
9. bake for 20-30 minutes at 160
leave in tin till cools before opening
