STICKY PORK AND CRISPY NOODLE SALAD

2 TBS PEANUT OIL

1 LARGE ONION

500G PORK MINCE

2 CLOVES GARLIC

1TBLESPFRESHLY GRATED GINGER

1/4 CUP CHAR SIU SAUCE

1TEASP CHINESE FIVE SPICE

1/3 CUP CHINESE RICE WINE 

1PKT CHANGS FRIED NOODLES

CHOPPED RED CHILI

TAOSTED CASHEWS

CORIANDER  LEAVES

CHIVES

LIME CHECKS TO SERVE

 

  1. heat oil in frypan medium heat
  2. cook onion till soften
  3. increase to high heat and add pork 8-10 minute until golden
  4. add garlic ginger and car siu sauce
  5. add 5 spice cook until fragrant
  6. add rice wine cook until caramelised 3-4 minutes
  7.  place noodles on plate top with pork and all the herbs and nuts
