Chocolate Tart

250 gram dark chocolate

150 gr butter

3 tablespoons golden syrup

3 eggs plus 1 yolk

30 gram plain flour

60 gram caster sugar

pre cooked tart shell ( can be on the raw side)

 

Method 

  1. prehaet oven 160 to 180 
  2. Blind bake tart shell 9it is good if it is still hot
  3. melt chocolate, butter, and syrup in a bowl over simmering water set aside to cool
  4. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, yolk, flour, sugar
  5. gradually add the chocolate to egg mixture
  6. pour into tart shell and bake for 25 minute 
  7. the filling will be wobble slightly but will firm with cooling.
