April 2021

add following to a mixing bowl

110g  Rolled oats

110g desiccated coconut

150 plain flour

 

the add the following to saucepan

150g butter

2 tbsp golden syrup

220g raw sugar

1tbsp water

once all melted add 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda...stir well on heat so it all foams 

Then pour into dry ingredients mix well 

teaspoon mixtures on a baking tray lined with baking paper  

cook until golden in a 160-180 oven 10-12 minutes

cool
